Weight-loss after baby…it’s a work-in progress

The best thing about pregnancy is feeling your baby grow inside you, kicking as well as hiccuping sometimes. The worst thing of course would be the aches n pains and that dreadful heart burn, oh and the smells… but the ultimate worst of all is when you are left with that “baby fat” as we call it, that just won’t go away years later.
Most people will tell you that's just an excuse but it’s not easy to lose the excess weight.

If you expect some tips from me well… they are pretty basic. Other than this just exercise and eat healthily

1. Prepare your weekly low caloric meals separately and stash them in containers
2. do not finish your child’s left overs
3. Time your self n do some speed cleaning.
4. As our kids grow n so they have more energy playing with them actually burns some calories.

I think its best to go with the flow; don’t put too much pressure to look as hot as before. I know this may sound clichéd but yumminess is feeling confident and comfortable with your body, that you wear what suits you. If you don’t believe me check out the style network’s how do I look [side eyes]. As long as you feel comfortable with your body and are healthy, there is no rush and you can lose the weight at a steady pace.
If you are still breastfeeding you might want to delay extreme dieting. The other worst thing you can do is to exercise very soon after giving birth.

There is nothing more disheartening than not being able to run around with your kids so mamas and papas lets stay healthy for our kids.

I’m one of those trying to shed mommies so plz do share quick tips with us if you have them.
